Trick or Treat – Halloween is Coming

Halloween is one of the most unusual modern holidays the origin of which lies in the mist of times. It comprises the mixture of traditions from Celts, Romans and Christians. Halloween is annually celebrated on the night of October 31.

According to ancient legend, this is the only day when a door to the other world is opened. It let those who live in hell penetrate to the world of living people. At night people used to lit bonfires and bring sacrifices for evil spirits to propitiate them.

Today little is left from the ancient pagan festivals, just some funny fascinating traditions. On this night people wear costumes of evil forces and organize masquerades. Some like to turn into a bat for this night, others like vampire costumes to scare the rest, but to make ensemble accomplished people used to wear Halloween jewelry.

So, Halloween jewelery – what is it? These are earrings, pendants, rings and bracelets created in a form of Halloween symbols like sculls, claws, bats, spiders, snakes, etc. They are very popular these days especially among celebrities who try not to miss an opportunity to go to the Halloween carnival. For example, a stunning actress Megan Fox wore the “Bat necklace” last year. This bat was made of 18ct rose gold and had sparkling diamond eyes. Probably, Kate Hudson could not resist bat eyes' charms as she was also seen wearing the same necklace from Jack Vartanian collection.

To be unique and charming you may use your own design of jewelry following Aaron Carter's example: he wore dollar-glasses encrusted with diamonds to view the Halloween party through. First, think over your costume you want to wear for the carnival. Then think about what kind of jewelry you would like to have, for instance a bracelet and a pair of earrings, or a pendant and a big ring. At last select the design. To make your jewelry compelling encrust it with diamonds. Even some gemstones (like eyes of a bat) can be rather captivating.

Have a nice Halloween! You still have some time to create the best ever carnival costume with terrific diamond Halloween jewelry.
